Shipping Information

All items ship from Corpus Christi, TX.  Sauce is sold in glass jars and every effort will be made to pack your order in a way that ensures the least chance of breakage in transit.  Shipping rates are as follows:

Ground — $5 flat rate
2nd Day — $21 flat rate
Overnight – $34 flat rate

All in-stock orders will be shipped the next business day.  Any back ordered items will be shipped the next business day after they become available.  Limited edition items are sold on a first come, first serve basis.  In the event that a limited edition item is no longer available, you will not be charged.  In the event that you are charged for an item that is no longer available, a refund will be issued back to your credit or debit card within 5 business days.  All orders will be shipped complete.  In the event of a back order, you will be contacted and given options on how to proceed.  

Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with T's Sauce!  If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns:  You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.  To be eligible for return, your item must be unused (any defective items will be handled on a case by case basis) and in the same condition that you received it.  Your item must be in the original packaging.  Your item also needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.  

Refunds:  Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).  Your refund will be processed within 5 business days.  However, how long the funds take to return to your account varies based on your card issuers policies.

Shipping:  You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  The return  shipping address is:
